Rules: The Tournament will be governed by A.F.A. rules. 
One Umpire of all games except the finals, where
two umpire will be present.

Drawing:  The drawing will be held Monday, May 20th at the
CHRPD District Office, 555 Monroe Street, Coalinga
with consideration given to teams that have long distances
to travel.  Each manager will be called by 10 pm on
Tuesday, May 21st to be notified of their first games.
